By accessing or using Seeds Church Financial Software ("Seeds", "the Platform", "the Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not access or use the Platform. These terms apply to all users, including church administrators, finance officers, treasurers, pastors, and church members accessing their giving records.

2. Description of Service

Seeds is a church financial management platform that enables authorised church officers to record tithes and offerings, manage member records, track weekly income and expenses, generate financial reports, and provide members with access to their personal giving history. Seeds is provided as a software-as-a-service (SaaS) application accessible via web browser.

Seeds provides tools for recording and reporting financial data. The accuracy of the data within Seeds is the responsibility of the church and its authorised officers. Seeds does not independently verify any financial figures entered into the platform. The platform operator accepts no liability for decisions made based on data entered into the system.

7. Intellectual Property

All software, design, code, and content comprising the Seeds platform is the intellectual property of the Seeds platform operator. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the platform for its intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.

8. Service Availability

Seeds is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. We reserve the right to suspend or discontinue the service at any time for maintenance, upgrades, or other operational reasons, with or without prior notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Seeds and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, loss of revenue, or loss of goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any user or church that violates these Terms of Use, with or without prior notice. Upon termination, your right to access the platform ceases immediately. Data associated with a terminated account may be retained for a period of time in accordance with our data retention practices outlined in the Privacy Policy.

11. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this document. Continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review this document periodically.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the platform shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation in the first instance.
