Photo Import Settings
Lets officers upload a photo of a handwritten count sheet and have the names and amounts read automatically, ready for review before anything is saved. Powered by Claude (Anthropic) via a Supabase Edge Function.
Photos are read by Seeds' secure extract-giving-sheet service, which only signed-in Admins and Finance Officers can use. Names are matched to your members, and nothing is saved until you review it.
Manage income categories
Add or remove the income sources shown on the weekly income form for this church. Removing one only hides it from new entries — amounts already recorded under it stay in your reports and totals.
